Carob Day 2026

On Wednesday, 16 September 2026, Komiža celebrates Carob Day, dedicated to one of the island’s traditional and characteristic fruits.

The programme begins at 10:00 with “Carob Trails”, a free guided walking tour starting in front of the Clock Tower.

From 18:00, visitors can enjoy a selection of carob cakes and products on the Komiža waterfront, followed by a Music Night Under the Stars at 20:00 at the Square of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows.
