This church is one of the simplest and smallest churches in Vis. It is located on the highest peak of the island of Vis, at Hum, at 560 meters above sea level.
The church has a narrow door and two small windows, and the exterior looks more like a farmhouse. The only stylized feature is the Gothic vault, and it is assumed that it was from the 15th century, which may not be correct, as there were already examples of delayed styles.
For several years, the Austrian army was banned from doing religious services. At this time Mass is held once a year in this church on the feast of the Spirit (50 days after Christ’s resurrection). Source vis-central.com
