Queen's cave

The Queen's Cave, a somewhat more difficult accessible, but beautiful natural cave on the north coast of the island, where archaeological remains from the Neolithic period and the Bronze Age were found. The name was obtained thanks to a legend that says it was home to Illyrian Queen Teuti. The entrance to the cave is more than 2 m wide and about 3 m wide, with an input space of approximately 10 × 14 m. The cave's ambience is "royal" - consisting of 5 halls and canals connecting them, total length 60 m. Some cave channels have not yet been thoroughly explored. The cave is the best from the direction of the Oključna village, from where the narrow path for about an hour's walk can reach it. Source vis-central.com
